Folio 27: Table 1 showing ship's movements during 4 January to 13 December 1875, between Labuan and Yokohama.

Folio 27: Table 2: A list of men who during the period of this journal, have received wounds or hurts which may disqualify them for the public service, or subsequently in any way interfere with their earning a livelihood. (Names and details follow). No on ship's book list 5-26, Edmund Geast, aged 19, Writer; a duplicate sent according to order on reference sheet no 2759. No on ship's book list 5-20, Albert Hayler, aged 26, Able seaman; hurts on 30 August 1875, right inguinal hernia; pension certificate granted on 22 October 1875. No on ship's book list 5-4, Richard Chenowith, aged 27, Captain Coxswain; hurts on 9 December 1875, cornea & iris severed by blow; pension certificate granted on 10 December 1875.

Folio 28: Table 3 numerical count (nosologically arranged) of all the cases that occurred between 1st January to 31 December 1875. Average numerical strength of the ship's company-279.

Folios 31-40: Surgeon's General remarks, including accounts of, Sir H E Bulwer Governor of Labuan and Sir Andrew Clark Governor of Strait Settlement, visited of the Charybdis to Bangkok and the meeting with the 1st and 2nd King of Siam, describtion of temples and pagodas in Bangkok [folio 31]; visited Labuan of the Charybdis and case of vertigo (case No 14), described the declining state of Labuan, prevailing diarrhoea amongst the ship's company after returned from leave on shore at Manilla, mentioned the principle adopted by Spaniards in building the cathedrals and churches to resist the earthquake [folio 32]; accounts on Japan in particularly at Yokohama, its people, and their cultures and religion [folios 33-36]; meteorological table [folio 37]; cases of diseases that occurred during the voyage [folio 38], table showing cases of venereal character and reported of it relative frequency of this diseases [folios 38-39].
