Folios 202-203. Letter from [Richard Williams] Auditor, to the Poor Law Commission, annexing a list of officers of the Cardiff Poor Law Union whose bonds were produced as requested. Enclosed List: The National Provincial Bank of England, Treasury. Benjamin Bowen, William Lewis, James James, Llewellyn Morgan, Relieving Officers. David Jones, Collector for Landerine, Thomas Ajax, Collector for Lantrisent, Thomas James, Collector for St Mellons and James Pride, Collector for Landaff. Annotated: see that all the officers who are required to give bond have done so. Enquire as to the workhouse master's bond. G C L [George Cornwall Lewis, Poor Law Commissioner]. Paper Number: 13310/B/1844. Poor Law Union Number 613. Counties: Glamorganshire and Monmouthshire.
