- Folio 196. Draft letter from the Poor Law Commission to the clerk to the Guardians of the Basford Poor Law Union [William Ashton]. With reference to the clerk's letter of 25 January 1837, they inform him that they have only the official copies of their order of 18 April 1836, and consequently they are unable to forward one for the use of the board of guardians of the Basford Poor Law Union. Paper Number: 641/C/1837. Poor Law Union Number 334. Counties: Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
