Folio 165. Draft letter from Poor Law Commission to Thomas Graves, [John Thomas Graves] Ashe, [Musbury]. Enclosing a copy of letter of complaint received from Mr Jolliffe, Medical Officer regarding vote of censure and request that Graves attends a meeting of the board of guardians on 15 May 1846 and enquire into this matter. Jolliffe has been informed and requests attendance of his witnesses or immediately send a list of witnesses that will need to be summoned. Paper Number: 4633/A/1846. Poor Law Union Number 76. Counties: Devon and Dorset.
