- Folio 163. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to George Spencer, Clerk to the Guardians of the Keighley Poor Law Union, acknowledging his letter of 3 November enclosing a copy of a resolution passed 3 November 1852 which refers the to their memorial regarding the Board's general order of 25 August 1852. Mr Farnell [Harry Farnall, Poor Law Inspector] will attend a meeting with them as soon as he can - he will not be able to attend their regular meetings until 1 December. The Board ask if the guardians would agree to a special meeting on 20 November. Paper Number: 41172/1852. Poor Law Union Number 571. Counties: Yorkshire West Riding.
