- Folio 143. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to George Spencer, Clerk to the Guardians of the Keighley Poor Law Union, regarding the rating of public companies. They wish to acknowledge the receipt of their letter dated 24 September which drew their attention to the want of any definite principle of rating to the relief of the poor and other matters.
