Folio 18: William Cavendish, Seaman, aged 23; disease or hurt, serious ulcer on right side scrotum with induration of that testes. Taken ill, 7 June 1813. Discharged to Plymouth Hospital, 14 July 1813. Ailment had existed for 19 months but became more painful, sent to hospital when the ship arrived in port.
