Folios 24-25: John Brown 4th, aged 20, Ordinary Seaman; disease or hurt, syphilis. Put on sick list, 1 October 1849, Corfu. Invalided, 7 December 1849. Initially on the sick list for orchitis, 27 August 1849.

Folio 25: William Brothers, aged 23, Able Seaman; disease or hurt, scrofula. Put on sick list, 1 October 1849, Corfu. Invalided, 7 December 1849. Initially on the list 12 September 1849.

Folio 26: John Canovan, aged 30, Able Seaman; disease or hurt, haemoptysis. Put on sick list, 10 October 1849, Corfu. Sent to Malta Hospital, 19 October 1849.

Folios 26-27: John Dunn, aged 30, Ship’s Corporal; disease or hurt, dysentery. Put on sick list, 10 October 1849, Corfu. Discharged, 25 October 1849.

Folios 27-28: William Longden, aged 20, Ordinary Seaman; disease or hurt, scrofula. Put on sick list, 11 October 1849, Ionian Islands. Invalided, 7 December 1849. Initially on the list with gonorrhoea, 27 August 1849.

Folios 28-29: Edward Crawley, aged 22, Ordinary Seaman; disease or hurt, dysentery. Put on sick list, 16 October 1849, off Zante. Discharged, 24 November 1849.

Folios 29-31: Joseph Rablain, aged 22, Able Seaman; disease or hurt, dysentery. Put on sick list, 6 November 1849, at the Dardanelles. Invalided, 7 December 1849. Initially put under treatment on 10 August 1849, when the ship was at Plymouth.

Folio 31: Henry W Cook, aged 22, Able Seaman; disease or hurt, ulcered leg. Put on sick list, 30 November 1849, Besika Bay. Invalided, 7 December 1849.

Folio 31: John Plummer, aged 45, Ship’s Corporal; disease or hurt, syphilis. Put on sick list, 4 December 1849, Besika Bay. Sent to Malta Hospital, 8 December 1849.

Folios 32-33: George Harvey, aged 26, Private of Royal Marines; disease or hurt, wound of great toe. Put on sick list, 5 December 1849, Besika Bay. Discharged, 14 March 1850. His right great toe injured during gun drill.

Folios 33-34: Joseph Perkins, aged 16, Boy 2nd Class; disease or hurt, fractured humerus. Put on sick list, 6 December 1849, Besika Bay. Discharged, 22 January 1850. Tripped up by gun tackle while doing gun drill on deck.

Folio 34: George Gidley, aged 20, Ordinary Seaman; disease or hurt, bronchitis. Put on sick list, 7 December 1849, Besika Bay. Sent to the Naval Hospital at Malta, 8 December 1849.

Folio 47: Henry Francis, aged 22, Ordinary Seaman; disease or hurt, fractured skull. Died, 23 January 1850. Fell from the main royal mast to the deck, about 198 feet, fracturing both thighs, his left arm and pelvis in addition to his skull.

Folio 47: Henry Cropin, aged 22, Private of Royal Marines; disease or hurt, lacerated wound of fingers. Put on sick list, 25 January 1850, Salamis. Discharged to sentinel duty, 17 February 1850. His left hand was drawn into a block while hoisting out the launch.

Folio 48: Frederick Major, aged 24, Corporal of Royal Marines; disease or hurt, catarrh. Put on sick list, 31 January 1850, Salamis. Discharged, 14 February 1850.
