Folio 2: Peter McGar [McGarr], aged 21, seaman; disease or hurt, pyrexia and severe pain of breast. Taken ill and put on sick list, 6 April 1805 off Ushant; last day on sick list, 22 April 1805 discharged to duty.
Folios 2-3: John Anderson, aged 33, seaman; disease or hurt, severe pains in lower extremities, which are particularly troublesome while warm in bed, and by pain in the right side aggravated by a cough. Taken ill and put on sick list, 9 April 1805 off Ushant; last day on sick list, 5 May1805 discharged to duty.

Folio 13: William Scriven, aged 19, marine; disease or hurt, Scriven was received from the Prince George with his leg so contracted as to be almost parallel with the thigh.This condition was caused apparently by rheumatism and was cured by placing Scriven in a frame and extending the leg over a period of time. Taken ill and put on sick list, 29 October 1805 at Gibraltar; last day on sick list, 29 October 1805 sent to hospital.
