Folio 1: case no.1, Thomas Webb, aged 22, seaman; taken ill at Sheerness Harbour; disease or hurt, swollen left foot and deeply coloured little toe lacerated and sloughy with heat and pain as a result of a gun carriage having run over the foot; taken ill, 21 February 1806; discharged 21 March 1806 to duty Sheerness Harbour.

Folio 2: case no.2, Christopher Jacob, aged 27, seaman; taken ill at Sheerness Harbour; disease or hurt, tonsils inflamed; taken ill, 27 February 1806; discharged 10 March 1806 to duty in the Downs.
