- Folio 211. Draft letter from the Committee of the Council on Education to Thomas Tait, Master of the Berwick upon Tweed Parochial Union School [Berwick-upon-Tweed Poor Law Union]. Awarding him a 'Certificate of Competency', with the sum of £35 12s allowed from the Parliamentary grant, on his behalf, to the guardians, for the year ending Lady Day 1852. Annotated: copy to guardians and inspector. Paper Number: 49885/1851. Poor Law Union Number 325. Counties: Town and County of Berwick-upon-Tweed and Northumberland.
