Folio 2: John Hudson, aged 44, private 80th Regiment; sick or hurt, contused knee, one of the guard who received a severe contusion of the left knee by falling down the main hatch; put on sick list, 10 April 1838, discharged 26 April 1838 to duty.
Folio 2: William Bloomingstock, aged 20, ships crew; sick or hurt, diarrhoea, has visited Austral-Asia and China before, in both of which places he has had severe attacks of diarrhoea; put on sick list, 20 April 1838, discharged 10 May 1838 to duty.
Folio 2: William Barnin, aged 28; [convict?]; sick or hurt, gonorrhoea, slight scalding in voiding urine; put on sick list, 8 May 1838, discharged 10 June 1838 cured.
Folio 2: Francis Perry, aged 31; [convict?]; sick or hurt, gonorrhoea and bubo, slight scalding in voiding urine with a small sympthitic bubo; put on sick list, 8 May 1838, discharged 20 June 1838 cured.
Folio 2: The two cases above were afflicted with gonorrhoea previous to their being sent to Kilmainham but kept the matter concealed.
Folio 3: James Ivors, aged 18; [convict?]; sick or hurt, ulcerated leg; put on sick list, 15 May 1838, discharged 10 June 1838 cured.
Folio 3: James Momford, aged 48; convict; sick or hurt, obstipatio; put on sick list, 15 May 1838, discharged 30 May 1838 cured.
Folio 3: James Maguire, aged 18; convict; sick or hurt, gonorrhoea and bubo; put on sick list, 17 May 1838, discharged 1 July 1838 cured.
Folio 3: Patrick Foley, aged 50; [convict?]; sick or hurt, diseased stomach, this man has long served as a soldier in the East Indies and has been invalided and pensioned as a person unable to serve, was considerably emaciated when embarked and had jaundiced appearance; put on sick list, [not stated], died 4 July 1838.
Folio 4: Edward McManus, aged 67; [convict?]; sick or hurt, obstipatio and debility; put on sick list, 18 May 1838, discharged 20 June 1838 cured.
Folio 4: Christopher Jones, aged 44; [convict?]; sick or hurt, ulcerated leg; put on sick list, 18 May 1838, discharged 22 June 1838 cured.
Folio 4: Henry McFall, aged 36; [convict?]; sick or hurt, ulcers; put on sick list, 18 May 1838, discharged 26 June 1838 cured.
Folio 4: John Stanly, aged 38; convict; sick or hurt, tinea capitis, he was placed in the boys berth, he was placed in charge of the mess and his head close shaved. Used for the first fortnight diluted cetrin ointment and his head well washed twice a day and after the ointment was stopped, ordered his hair to be washed with a solution of sulphate of zinc ; put on sick list, 20 April 1838, discharged 26 August 1838 at Sydney.

Folio 4: Owen Gainor, aged 16; [convict?]; sick or hurt, tinea capitis; put on sick list, 20 April 1838, discharged 26 August 1838 at Sydney.
Folio 4: Francis Hayden, aged 14; [convict?]; sick or hurt, tinea capitis; put on sick list, 20 April 1838, discharged 26 August 1838 at Sydney.
Folio 4: James Wilson, aged 10; [convict?]; sick or hurt, tinea capitis; put on sick list, 20 April 1838, discharged 26 August 1838 at Sydney.
Folio 4: Patrick Connelly, aged 31; [convict?]; sick or hurt, ulcerated legs; put on sick list, 20 May 1838, discharged 27 June 1838 cured.
Folio 4: James Houndsfield, aged 24; private 51st regt.; sick or hurt, bubo; put on sick list, 22 May 1838, discharged 10 June 1838 to duty.
Folio 4: Thomas Foster, aged 46; [convict?]; sick or hurt, debility, this fellow has been all along rather troublesome not exactly ill conducted but disposed to skulk if allowed always [forging?] some disease or another but his appearance always contradicting his assertion; put on sick list, 24 May 1838, discharged 12 June 1838 cured.
Folio 5: Patrick Byrne, aged 19; [convict?]; sick or hurt, scrofula, afflicted with the disease since infancy, the glands situated on the left side of the neck become very much enlarged since his embarked on board; put on sick list, 25 May 1838, continued on the list until he was sent to Sydney Hospital.
Folio 5: James Fitzgerald, aged 56; [convict?]; sick or hurt, diarrhoea and debility, he appeared much older than his age, failing in his appetite and very low spirited; put on sick list, 28 May 1838, discharged 20 June 1838 cured. [According to the Surgeon the ship has been sent to sea in a very unfit state, they are obliged to pump her every ten or fifteen minutes].
Folio 5: Joseph Reynolds, aged 44; [convict?]; sick or hurt, debility, affected in a similar manner as the above case, his bowels has been slightly affected but complains mostly of weakness and want of appetite; put on sick list, 30 May 1838, discharged 20 June 1838 cured.
Folio 5: George [Warwick?], aged 56; [convict?]; sick or hurt, debility and scorbutus, being a cripple and sick all the time in consequence of his lower extremities being withered and deformed, suffered a good deal from constipation of the bowels and rheumatism; put on sick list, 1 June 1838, sent 28 August 1838 to Sydney hospital.
Folio 5: James Kelly, aged 38; [convict?]; sick or hurt, scrofula, similar in every respect to Byrnes, but he is however much more healthy and robust man than Byrne, complained of the enlarged glands; put on sick list, 1 June 1838, discharged [28 August] 1838 at Sydney.
Folio 6: Owen Gainor, aged 16; [convict?]; sick or hurt, cynanche tonsillaris; put on sick list, 2 June 1838, discharged 20 June 1838 cured.
Folio 6: James Hayles, aged 38; [convict?]; sick or hurt, diarrhoea, military deserter, this man although in the prime of life appears to have suffered very much from [irregularity?] conduct he seems a quiet and inoffensive man, his limbs much swollen particularly about the joints; put on sick list, 3 June 1838, discharged 15 June 1838 cured.
