- Folio 479. 'Vaccination Extension Act' form from [Charles Hart, Clerk to the Liverpool Select Vestry, to Poor Law Board, listing the names or districts of the public vaccinators and the numbers and ages of people vaccinated for the year ended [29 September 1847]. Also noted are the number of births in the union during the year and any observations. The vaccinators are Arthur B Steele, James Edward Donlevey, George Gill and J Sinclair, John Callen, Henry Emett, Frederick Cripps, Thomas Norris, Henry Swift, Henry Bradshaw, James Garthside, John B Hyams and J B Gildersleeves.
