Draft letter from the Poor Law Board, to Charles Hart, Clerk to the Liverpool Select Vestry, forwarding 'for the consideration of the Select Vestry', a letter of complaint from William Alcock Dockrall, 'late inmate of the Workhouse', concerning the treatment received at that establishment. The Board requests the return of the enclosed letter 'with your answer'. Paper Number: 38525/1852.
