- Folios 208-209. Letter from Charles Hart, Clerk to the Liverpool Select Vestry, to the Poor Law Board. He encloses for approval the appointment form for Mabel Heard as Assistant Schoolmistress at Liverpool Industrial School. The form shows Heard had been a Pupil Teacher at the Hibernian School, Liverpool. The salary to be £20 per annum. The post became vacant after the resignation of [Susannah Bentley] due to ill health.
