- Folio 200. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to Charles Hart, Clerk to the Liverpool Select Vestry. They enclose a copy of a letter to Henry Emett, Medical Officer, relating to his alleged neglect of Mary Hargreaves [Mary Hargraves]. The report of Harry Burrard Farnall, Poor Law Inspector, notes that cases of medical relief have been omitted from the report and application books for three years and the Poor Law Board wishes to bring this irregularity to the attention of the select vestry. Paper Number: 25613/1852.
