- Folio 162. Letter from Charles Hart, Clerk to the Liverpool Select Vestry, to the Poor Law Board, referring to previous correspondence on the subject of charges for vaccinations falsely claimed by medical officers. Copies of statements made by various parties are enclosed [not included]. The letter further reports that copies of these statements were given to those accused, and they were asked for observations. None was received by the medical relief committee of the parish, which now requests that an investigation should be undertaken by an inspector with the authority of the Poor Law Board. Paper Number: 16347/1852.
