- Folio 35. List of places showing accommodation available at workhouses, and the actual number present in each. There are 3,110 places in Liverpool, but 3,348 people are actually housed. Similar details are also shown for Greenwich [Kent], Clerkenwell, Shoreditch, Strand [all Middlesex], Peterborough [Northamptonshire], Oxford [Oxfordshire], Huddersfield [Yorkshire West Riding] and Cardiff [Glamorgan]. Annotated: letters to be sent to those exceeding capacity. It is pointed out that in some places children are housed separately.
