- Folio 355. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, referring to a sum of £452 4s 2¼d paid in relief and included in a separate column in the financial statement for the half-year ended Lady Day. The Board asks what portion of the sum was expended on 'in-maintenance' and 'out relief' respectively; and was the money included under any other head of expenditure? They request that similar information be given in future statements. Paper Number: 3895/1848. Poor Law Union Number 530. Counties: Worcestershire, Staffordshire and Shropshire.
