- Folios 291-292. Letter from Henry Saunders, Clerk to the Guardians of the Kidderminster Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board, enclosing a copy of a resolution passed by the guardians at a meeting held on 18 April 1848. The guardians resolved that, as no guardian had been appointed for Upper Arley [Staffordshire], they would apply to the Board for an order to hold a new election. Annotation: enquire if there is a probability of a person being nominated if an order is issued. Paper Number: 12101/1848. Poor Law Union Number 530. Counties: Worcestershire, Staffordshire and Shropshire.
