Folio 78: Mr Segmore, midshipman, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, constitutional derangement; put on sick list 11 May 1826, sent 24 May 1826 to hospital at the Cape.
Folios 79-80: George Pearce, seaman, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, hemoptysis; put on sick list 14 May 1826, remained in the sick list until 1 July 1826.
Folios 80-81: Mr Spread, master mate, taken ill at Cape of Good Hope; sick or hurt, chronic dysentery for which complaint he had been invalided from HM Ship Boadicea in the East Indies; put on sick list 24 May 1826, invalided 24 May 1826.
Folios 81-82: William Wittacomb, aged 22, seaman, taken ill at Cape of Good Hope; sick or hurt, fever, headache cough and pain in his chest; put on sick list 19 May 1826, sent 8 June 1826 to hospital at Simon's Bay.
Folio 82: Patric Hamilton, aged 23, seaman, taken ill at Cape of Good Hope; sick or hurt, debility, repeatedly on the sick list with slight pectoral and feverish complaints which has from time to time left a considerable degree of debility; put on sick list 24 May 1826, sent 24 May 1826 to hospital at the Cape.
Folios 83-84: John [Muriton?], aged 57, purser's steward, taken ill at Simon's Bay; sick or hurt, pneumonia, yesterday he fell down the main ladder in a state of intoxication and received two slight contusions on the face, this morning complains of pain and an oppressive felling in his chest impeding free respiration; put on sick list 25 May 1826, discharged 2 June 1826 from the service by Admiral's order.
Folios 84-85: Jeremiah Hurley, aged 20, seaman, taken ill at Simon's Bay; sick or hurt, pneumonia, pain in his left side impeding respiration and very dry troublesome cough; put on sick list 29 May 1826, sent 2 June 1826 to hospital at Simon's Bay.
Folios 85-88: John Norris, aged 20, seaman, taken ill at Simon's Bay; sick or hurt, fever, severe pain of forehead and chest distressing cough and pains over his body; put on sick list 9 June 1826, discharged 29 July 1826 cured.
Folios 88-90: Peter Donovan, aged 20, seaman, taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, cephalalgia, slight headache with flushed face and white [tremulous?] tongue ; put on sick list 4 July 1826, remained in the sick list 7 August 1826.

Folio 93: John Wells, aged 37, ships corporal; sick or hurt, falling down from the main to the lower deck received inguinal rupture in the right side, pension granted, date of certificate 22 January 1826.
Folio 93: Thomas Campbell, aged 29, quarter master; sick or hurt, falling down from the cross jack yard on the poop received a severe contusion on the thorax, pension granted, date of certificate 4 April 1826.
Folio 93: Charles Wager, aged 25, ordinary seaman; sick or hurt, falling across the top of the [c?stand] while cleaning it received inguinal rupture of the left side, pension granted, date of certificate 13 July 1826.
Folios 93-95: Surgeon's general remarks. Includes details of the sickness and death of Commodore Sir James Brisbane at Sydney, New South Wales.
