Folio 22a: William Bradley, aged 32; prisoner; disease or hurt, diarrhoea and catarrh. Put on sick list, 12 June 1844. Discharged, 16 June 1844. Folio 22a: William Skinner, aged 24; prisoner; disease or hurt, diarrhoea and catarrh. Put on sick list, 12 June 1844. Discharged, 17 June 1844. Folio 22a: Thomas Edwards, aged 19; prisoner; disease or hurt, diarrhoea and catarrh. Put on sick list, 12 June 1844. Discharged, 15 June 1844. Folio 22a: Thomas Riley, aged 31; prisoner; disease or hurt, diarrhoea and catarrh. Put on sick list, 12 June 1844. Discharged, 16 June 1844. Folio 22a: George Folkhard, aged 16; prisoner; disease or hurt, diarrhoea and catarrh. Put on sick list, 14 June 1844. Discharged, 17 June 1844. Folios 24-26: Surgeon's general remarks. The Blundell left England in March with three hundred and twenty four souls, including forty of the ship company and arrived safe at 'Norfolk Island' on the 6th July with the loss of one man. The first forms of complaints were diarrhoea and according to the statements of the patients they had suffered from a similar affliction when in Millbank Prison. The surgeon refers to the patient who died [case no 10, Samuel Ingham] which was a case of phthisis confirmata, he had a pneumonia some few months before embarking. Also mentioned the pistol shot wound [case no 19, Sergeant George Sellors] which required an amputation.
