Folio 364. Letter from John Kirkland, Clerk to the Guardians of the Southwell Union, to the Local Government Board, he forwards, under separate cover, the Inspector's Journal and Diary as required for the Board's perusal [not enclosed]. These are the only books kept by Mr Dixon.
Annotated that the diminished workload does not seem enough to merit the proposed reduction.
