Folios 105-107. Printed form from James R Tomlin [James Robinson Tomlin], Clerk to the Guardians of the Reeth Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board with names and details of all 'Insane Persons, Lunatics and Idiots' chargeable to each parish. The form gives details of age, where placed and cost of maintenance for the following people: Ann Close, of Melbecks, since August 1852. Deborah Bell, 'common charge', since January 1853. Francis Whitehead, 'common charge', since March 1854. All in the Yorkshire North Riding and Yorkshire East Riding Pauper Lunatic Asylum in York, at the cost of 6s 8 ½d per week. [Folios 105-106 are the year guards etc.] Poor Law Union Number 555. Counties: Yorkshire North Riding.
