Printed handbill reproducing a letter of 12 January addressed to Thomas Brown, High-Bailiff of Tewkesbury [Gloucestershire], requisitioning a public meeting with a view to petitioning Parliament for parliamentary reform, purportedly signed by 16 inhabitants, 13 of whom declare the letter to have been a forgery and offer £50 reward on conviction of the perpetrator.
