Draft out-letter to the Earl of Mount Edgcumbe [lord lieutenant of Cornwall] reporting that, in the light of his letter and Sir William Molesworth's account of the riot at Wadebridge, orders had been given by the War Office for a detachment of the 25th Regiment to be sent from Plymouth to Bodmin and for a detachment of the South Devon Militia to move to Launceston.
