Folios 77-84. Letter from Thomas Parker of Drake Street, Red Lion Square [Holborn] with enclosures. Enclosed is Parker's fee account for time, expenses and disbursements in investigating groundless allegations of sedition at Cheltenham [Gloucestershire]. Also enclosed is a letter to Parker of 9 January from Mr Horton, clerk to the Kent justices, on behalf of Lord Frederick Campbell and Edward Peach, warning that John Clarke's case would come into court at Maidstone sessions on 17 January. Also enclosed is a copy of Parker's reply of 10 January that instructions had been given to [William Chamberlayne] [Treasury Solicitor] to prepare for the trial.
