Folios 11-42: Michael Timby, aged 27, seaman; disease or hurt, whole body, head and neck covered with scaly blotches of a tawny copper colour has been twice under mercurial treatment for venereal complaints. His present complaint is a deep seated headache. Put on sick list, 27 February 1800 at St Helens. Discharged 1 May 1800 to duty.
Folios 12-15: Samuel Freeland, aged 23, marine; disease or hurt, shivering and vomiting succeeded by violent heat, thirst and a profuse [?]. Complains this morning of nausea, headache and pains of his back and loins. Put on sick list, 2 March 1800 at St Helens. Discharged 7 March 1800 to duty.

Folios 14-15: William Weeks, aged [?]; disease or hurt, came on board from the Royal William, complains of excessive thirst, headache and great debility, his pulse quick, small and irregular, his face covered with scabs and legs and thighs enormously swelled, skin dry, hot and shivering. In last stages of anasarca says he was a small pox patient at Haslar. Put on sick list, 4 March 1800 at sea. Discharged [?].
Folios 15-17: John Thomas, aged 35, able seaman; disease or hurt, has been ill with slight purging for two days, it is now become very frequent with pains in the lower belly. Put on sick list, 6 March 1800 at Torbay. Discharged [?].

Folios 21-25: Christopher Ousman, aged 44, seaman; disease or hurt, severe cough with pain of the sternum and difficulty of breathing and expectoration with stuffing of the chest. Put on sick list, 16 March 1800 at sea. Discharged [?].
Folios 22-42: James Prescott, aged 38, seaman; disease or hurt, complains of severe harassing cough, headache, thirst and loss of appetite. Severe pain in the whole of the region of the liver as well as the right side of the thorax and occasional nausea. He is very weak and emaciated. Put on sick list, 18 March 1800 at sea. Discharged 1 May 1800.
Folios 24-35: William Sheet, aged 26, seaman; disease or hurt, complains of severe pain in the right shoulder joint with inability to move or make the least use of the arm. There is no external appearance of injury he received a violent contusion on the shoulder and side by a spar falling on him while in the harbour previous to the surgeon joining the ship. Put on sick list, 20 March 1800 at sea. Discharged 8 April 1800 to hospital.
Folios 25-30: William Preston, aged 12; disease or hurt, loss of appetite, headache and nausea. Cold shivering in the night succeeded by heat. Put on sick list, 23 March 1800 at sea. Discharged 30 March 1800 to duty.
