Caption order and prison record from when he was convicted of breaking and entering a dwelling house and stealing therein, after previous conviction of felony at the Assizes at Liverpool, Lancashire 22 March 1851.
Then aged 29 years and by trade a labourer.
Sentence: Life years transportation.
Licence granted 16 May 1861, for early release from Chatham prison.
