Caption order and prison record from when he was convicted of larceny from the person at the Quarter Sessions at Salford, Lancashire 26 October 1858.
Then aged [not given] years and by trade [not given].
Sentence: 3 years penal servitude.
Licence granted 30 March 1861, for early release from Parkhurst prison.
Comments: No Caption order. Order for a licence to be at large only annotated caption to Chatham 27 August 1862.
