Caption order and prison record from when he was convicted of larceny having been convicted before of felony at the Central Criminal Court at London, Middlesex 20 September 1858.
Then aged 16 years and by trade a labourer.
Sentence: 3 years penal servitude.
Licence granted 30 March 1861, for early release from Parkhurst prison.
