It includes: a few papers of the Agricultural Research Council, although the bulk of the series deals with matters outside the Council's sphere of responsibility; some papers of Research Boards of the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research; records of the Sugar Beet Research and Education Committee; and records of the Imperial (later Commonwealth) Agricultural Bureau.
