Papers connected with the headquarters administration of the National Agricultural Advisory Service (NAAS) and, from 1971, the Agricultural Development and Advisory Service. These include minutes, reports and recommendations made by various advisory bodies associated with the NAAS; some of these are in printed form; a set of County Advisory Officers' Annual Reports and some records relating to flood damage.
Pre-1947 papers from the TPB file series (MAF 33), a predecessor series, have been annexed to some early ASH files. Three ASH files can also be found in MAF 33.
