This series deals with the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries' responsibilities and liaison with the Ministry of Food in respect of supplies and prices of feeding stuffs for livestock and the preparation and administration of schemes for the control of distribution of feeding stuffs to farmers. It also deals with the general supervision of the Animal Feeding Stuffs Rationing Scheme introduced in February 1941 and the arrangements made for the issue of coupons to farmers and other owners of livestock by the War Agricultural Executive Committees.
