Description

Short title: Beesley v Coatsworth.

Document type: Bill and three answers.

Plaintiffs: Matthew Beesley, merchant of London and Mehetable Beesley his wife, John Hannell, weaver of London and Bithia Hannell his wife, George Evins, gent of London and Mary Evins his wife (said Mehetable Beesley, Bithia Hammell and Mary Evins are only daughters and co-heirs of Charles Coatsworth, gent deceased late of South Shields, Durham).

Defendants: John Cotesworth alias John Coatsworth, esq, Cabel Coatsworth, doctor in physic, William Coatsworth, esq, Edward Coatsworth, doctor in physic, Catherine Coatsworth, widow and Elizabeth Emmerson, widow.
