Description

Short title: Hinton v Battin.

Document type: Bill and two answers.

Plaintiffs: Thomas Hinton, clothier of Ringwood, Hampshire and Elizabeth Hinton his wife, Ezra Hartley, distiller of London and Frances Hartley his wife, John Battin, gent of Ringwood, Jane Battin and Mary Battin, spinsters (said Elizabeth Hinton, Frances Hartley, John Battin, Jane Battin and Mary Battin are five younger children of William Battin, gent deceased late of Burley, Hampshire).

Defendants: James Battin, gent, Thomas Ridge and Thomas Hackman.
