Plaintiffs: Thomas Harthill, yeoman of Donisthorpe, William Watson, yeoman of Stapenhill, Derbyshire and Elizabeth Watson his wife, Robert Hallam, yeoman of Hatton, Derbyshire and Mary Hallam his wife, Mary Hartill and Ann Hartill, both spinsters of Tamworth, Staffordshire (said Thomas Hartill, Elizabeth Watson and Mary Hallam were the children of John Hartill, deceased who was late uncle of John Moor, esq deceased late of Kentiwell Hall, Suffolk; said Mary Hartill and Ann Hartill were the daughters and devisees of John Hartill, clothier deceased late of Tamworth, Staffordshire who was another of the children of said John Hartill deceased).
Defendants: John Moor, Thomas Moor and John Moor (executors of said John Moor).
