Short title: Collins v Buckmaster.

Plaintiffs: Stephen Collins, gent of Beachampton, Buckinghamshire, Matthew Clarke, woollen draper of Winslowe, George King, malster of Nash, Whaddon, Buckinghamshire, William Watts, ironmonger of Stoney Stratford and others (creditors of Thomas Sheppard, clerk deceased late of Whaddon).

Defendants: Judith Buckmaster, Browne Willis, Charles Blount, Herbert Prichard and Thomas Sheppard.
