Description

Short title: Lord Brooke v Lord Hertford.

Document type: Bill and two answers.

Plaintiffs: Francis [Greville] Lord Brooke (son, heir and only child of William [Greville] Lord Brooke and Mary [Greville] Lady Brooke, his wife deceased, who was a daughter and coheir of Grace Thynne, deceased who was the only daughter of Sir George Strode, kt and sergeant at law deceased, late of Loweston, Dorset) an infant aged 9 years (by the Hon Dodington Greville, esq of Breamore, Hampshire, his great uncle).

Defendants: Hon Algernon [Seymour] Earl of Hertford and Frances [Seymour] Lady Hertford his wife, George Strode and Thomas Strode, merchants of London, George Hadley and Edward Harley.
