Plaintiffs: Robert Rogers merchant of Great Tower Hill, London eldest brother, heir at law, trustee and executor of Theophilus Rogers gent deceased of Northampton, Northamptonshire, William Christopher Rogers (another brother of said Theophilus Rogers), Elizabeth Goodfellow widow, Roger Woodburne and Christian Woodburne his wife (said Elizabeth and Christian are two of the sisters and legatees of said Theophilus Rogers).
Defendants: Jonathan Warner, William Beevor, Timothy Rogers, Elizabeth Rogers, Anne Rogers, John Rogers, Richard Rogers, Elizabeth Clarke, Richard Sibley, Robins Bradley, Richard Castle and Elizabeth Castle his wife.
