This series comprises deeds and awards of enfranchisement of land made under the Copyhold Acts 1841 to 1894. A number of subsidiary papers containing evidence of title will be found in this series attached to those deeds and awards which are later than 1900. The names of individuals that appear in the catalogue entries after the names of the manors are the names of the tenants concerned.
