Folios 410-411. Letter from Richard Ramsden Bramley of Leeds asking for the home secretary's permission for Michel Gilet Dubec, his erstwhile agent at Cadiz, who had been required to leave Spain on 3 days' notice and was then captured aboard the Swedish vessel Neptune by the Hind under Captain [Alexander] Cochrane and was now in custody at Falmouth [Cornwall], to come to Leeds to work in the firm.
