Description

Bandmaster of Constabulary: recommends appointment of Band Sergeant Major Elliott, with Warrant rank, in place of Mr S Grainger, retired. If appointment is approved, suggests that Crown Agents for the Colonies be instructed to secure competent Band Sergeant to succeed Mr Elliott. Encloses statements of particulars of both offices.
