Letter from John D Taylor [John Dobede Taylor], Clerk to the to the Guardians of the Bishop's Stortford Poor Law Union to E Chadwick [Edwin Chadwick], Secretary to the Poor Law Commission, submitting the 'Annual Lunatics Return 1844',and enclosing form SEL3: A summary of the total number of lunatics and idiots chargeable to the parishes in the Bishop's Stortford Union on 31 August 1844 signed by Taylor.
