Folios 1-2: copy of the sick list, [names and details follow] - continued:
Folios 3-4: case no 1, Nicholas Hannon, aged 18; taken ill at Cove of Cork; sick or hurt, synochus; put on sick list 8 November 1839, discharged 2 December 1839 cured.
Folio 4: case no 2, John Hickey, aged 1; taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, dysenteria; put on sick list 29 November 1839, died 14 December 1839.
Folios 4-6: case no 3, Mrs Cox, aged about 40; taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, contusion, while sitting close to the after hatchway on the main deck, one of hatches was taken off, which startled her and she fell backwards into the hold and struck her spine against a water cask at the depth of nine feet she received some slight contusions on the right leg and arm; put on sick list 4 December 1839, sent 15 February 1839 to hospital at Sydney.
Folios 6-7: case no 4, Mrs Thomas Ryan, aged 23; taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, colic; put on sick list 12 December 1839.
Folio 7: case no 5, Mrs Thomas Ryan, aged 23; taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, rheumatism; put on sick list 31 December 1839, discharged 24 January 1840.
Folio 8: case no 6, Mrs Hickey, aged 31; taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, icterus; put on sick list 31 December 1839, discharged 30 January 1840 cured.
Folios 8-9: case no 7, Mary Kennedy, unmarried; taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, colic; put on sick list 19 January 1840, discharged 24 January 1840 cured.
Folio 9: case no 8, Richard Williams, aged 16, apprentice; taken ill at sea; sick or hurt, synochus; put on sick list 27 December 1839, died 11 January 1840.

Folio 11: Surgeon's general remarks regarding that he [Alexander Stewart, surgeon] joined the ship at Liverpool on 10 October 1839, and the ship sailed for Cove of Cork on the 15 October, and between the 30 October and 2 November 273 persons were embarked on board, comprising of 45 married couples, 62 single male adults, 53 single female adults, 44 children between the age of 7 and 14 years and 24 children under 7 years. All of them apparently in good health, but a few of the children were affected with a pustular eruption, which appeared after their being vaccinated. The principle diseases were bowel complaints mostly diarrhoea. The cases of synochus were of a mild nature and treated in the same manner as case no 1 [Nicholas Hannon].
