Description

Further to previous correspondence states that the Government of Haiti has changed its law thus allowing small craft from the Turks and Caicos Islands to trade with Haiti free from the port charges and export dues levied on vessels of large tonnage. Turks and Caicos Islands No. 77, countersigned by Governor Grant as Turks Islands No. 81, folios 236-238
