Description

Forwards a despatch from President Campbell in which he states that in accordance with Colonial Office instructions he has passed an Ordinance for simplifying and rendering more uniform the forms of oaths used in the colony. Turks and Caicos Islands No. 80, countersigned by Governor Grant also as No. 80, folios 111-115
