Caption order and prison record from when he was convicted of feloniously having in posession a mould for coinage at the Central Criminal Court at London, Middlesex 31 January 1853.
Then aged 41 and by trade a Planemaker.
Sentence: 10 years Transportation.
Licence granted 14 August 1856, for early release from Stirling Castle hulk.
