Description

Licence number 6266: John Sharpe.

Caption order and prison record from when he was convicted of Obtaining goods under false pretences at the Quarter Sessions at Chester, Cheshire 22 October 1852.

Then aged 13 and by trade a Errand Boy.

Sentence: 7 years Transportation.

Licence granted 31 July 1856, for early release from Parkhurst prison.
