Caption order and prison record from when he was convicted of Felony, breaking into a dwellinghouse at Northop and stealing a desk with money in it and some books at the Quarter Sessions at Mold, Flintshire 24 March 1853.
Then aged 32 and by trade none.
Sentence: 7 years Transportation.
Licence granted 31 July 1856, for early release from Dartmoor prison.
